The client will be asked to send all the necessary refs/descriptions: poses, outfits, character sheet (for OCs), and general vibe or BG. If the client gives full creative freedom, the artist will take care of adding the aspects that they believe convenient.

One rough sketch will be sent for approval. This is the stage where all major tweaks can be made — feel free to ask for changes until you're 100% happy with it.

Once the sketch is approved, full payment will be required before moving forward (check the Payment & Refund section for details).

The rest of the workflow depends on the type of commission, but you'll receive WIPs at each stage. You get up to 3 rounds of edits per stage.

As the piece progresses, changes will be more limited. (For example: changing the pose or overall layout during the rendering phase is no longer doable — but minor polish like extra glow or background sparkles is okay.)

Friendly and respectful communication helps everything go smoothly. If there's something you don’t like but don’t mention, the responsibility will fall on the client, not the artist.

As the artist, I own all the rights to my work. You're totally welcome to post your commission on social media, just don’t claim the art as your own.

Reproducing, selling (whether printed or digital), or heavily editing the original piece is not allowed.

I DO NOT give permission for my art to be used in any kind of AI training, alteration, or fed into generators — nor for NFTs, crypto stuff, or anything similar. If this happens, you’ll be blacklisted and blocked.

Full payment is required after the sketch has been approved. Work will pause until payment is confirmed.

Final price might increase depending on extra details or overall complexity of the piece.

All payments are via PayPal. (Please don’t ask for my email — I won’t share it.) The price shown already includes PayPal’s transaction fee.

Once the commission is confirmed and paid, there are no cancellations or refunds. Please be sure before placing your order.

If for any personal or unexpected reason I can’t complete the commission, you’ll be notified and receive a full refund.

Commissions usually take 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on my current queue and the complexity of your piece. If anything delays the process, I’ll keep you updated.

The timeline officially starts once the first sketch is delivered.

If for any reason the commission takes longer than a month, I’ll include a free lineart drawing as compensation.

Need it done by a specific date? Let me know beforehand so I can check if it’s doable.

Your finished piece will be delivered via email (you’ll need to provide an address once everything is done).

You’ll receive a .ZIP file with the full process and final artwork in high-res JPG and PNG formats. If you need a different file type, just mention it at the start of your order.

Any info you share with me stays strictly between us — I won’t share it with anyone else.

I sometimes post wip’s and completed commissions for promo purposes. If you’d prefer yours to stay private, just let me know from the beginning!
